29 New Patients Recorded
July fell 29.3% from June’s 41, but it still finished 11.5% above July 2025, which shows the drop was sharp against 2026’s recent pace rather than a collapse against last year.
July closed with 29 new patients, 20 inbound calls, and 15 opportunity records in GHL. Search and social remained active across the month, while incomplete pipeline updates mean we cannot yet confirm where the reduction in new patients occurred.
Summary
July fell 29.3% from June’s 41, but it still finished 11.5% above July 2025, which shows the drop was sharp against 2026’s recent pace rather than a collapse against last year.
GHL shows 15 July opportunities, with 5 currently tagged as patient-related. Until each record is updated with its source and outcome, this is an incomplete view of the patient journey.
The July new-patient result is clear, but the current GHL records do not reliably show whether the drop occurred in lead source, booking, attendance, or treatment progression.
Website visitors came in at 1.65K, down 14.29% versus the previous 31 days, with paid, organic, and landing-page traffic still contributing meaningful volume.
Learned
July recorded 29 new patients, down from 41 in June and below every earlier month this year. It remains 11.5% ahead of July 2025, but it is a clear change from the stronger 2026 pace.
Only 5 of 15 July records are currently tagged as patient-related, but incomplete source and stage updates mean we cannot use this split to confirm the true volume or quality of patient demand.
All 20 inbound calls were answered. This confirms that recorded callers could reach the clinic, but GHL outcome updates are needed to show how those calls progressed after contact.
Search and social continued delivering clicks and visibility in July. We cannot yet determine how that activity translated into new patients without complete booking and outcome updates in GHL.
NPN
Monthly history across 2023 to 2026 provides the context for July's result.
| Month | 2023 | 2024 | 2025 | 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| January | 19 | 28 | 57 | 48 |
| February | 28 | 26 | 56 | 31 |
| March | 36 | 21 | 29 | 51 |
| April | 18 | 22 | 27 | 41 |
| May | 29 | 28 | 26 | 51 |
| June | 22 | 32 | 24 | 41 |
| July | 28 | 34 | 26 | 29 |
| August | 24 | 15 | 33 | - |
| September | 28 | 42 | 25 | - |
| October | 13 | 25 | 22 | - |
| November | 33 | 40 | 43 | - |
| December | 29 | 16 | 50 | - |
July still finished 11.5% above July 2025, so the month softened against 2026’s peak rather than dropping below last year’s July level.
July was down 29.3% from June. This was the second consecutive monthly decline after May’s peak of 51 new patients.
July 2026 landed 14.7% below July 2024, but still edged 3.6% above July 2023 and 11.5% above July 2025.
January to July 2026 has reached 292 new patients, which is 19.2% ahead of the same seven-month period in 2025.
Leads
Of the 15 July records in GHL, 5 are currently categorised as patient-related. The chart below reflects the tags currently applied, not a confirmed final outcome for every enquiry.
These are the sources currently recorded against the five patient-related GHL records. Two records do not yet have a named source.
These are the stages currently recorded against the five patient-related GHL records. Updating each record is needed before this can be treated as a complete view of booking and treatment outcomes.
GHL contains 15 opportunity records for July. Five are currently tagged as patient-related, but this should be treated as the current pipeline view rather than the confirmed total of patient enquiries.
Current stages show one treatment-done record and several records in booking or attendance stages. Completing the pipeline will confirm how many enquiries became appointments, attended visits, and new patients.
Two of the five patient-related GHL records are unlabelled. Adding a source to every record will show which channels are contributing patient demand and support better budget decisions.
Calls
Call volume was only slightly lower than June, while new patients fell more sharply. The numbers show that calls remained present, but the current pipeline does not yet show how those calls progressed into bookings or treatment.
Every recorded inbound call was answered. This rules out missed calls as the explanation for these recorded calls, while the next step is to update the related opportunity outcomes in GHL.
All recorded inbound calls came through the Google Ads call extension, confirming that paid search continued to generate phone enquiries in July.
Google Ads
This was the only active Google Ads campaign during July, so it carried the full paid search load for the month.
Search remained active. One live campaign generated 2,049 impressions and 165 clicks, which means people continued to find and visit the clinic through paid search.
Each click cost $18.42 on average. Google Ads recorded four leads, resulting in a $759.98 cost per platform-tracked lead. This is not a cost per new patient.
Twenty calls came through the Google Ads call extension. Calls are reported separately from platform-tracked leads until their pipeline outcomes are updated and can be connected to patient results.
Meta Ads
The highest-click campaign in July, with the lowest cost per click.
The awareness campaign carried scale, reach, and market coverage across the month.
The paid social story in July was not weak reach. Meta delivered more than 427K impressions and 1,452 clicks, so attention remained available at scale.
The New Patient Offer campaign did the heavier acquisition work, generating 924 clicks at $0.34 CPC, while Omnipresence widened coverage and kept the brand visible across a much larger impression base.
With average CPC improving from June to $0.74, Meta remained efficient for traffic generation. Updated GHL sources and outcomes are needed to measure how this traffic contributes to patient enquiries and new patients.
Website
Website traffic softened in July, but the site was still drawing visits from multiple channels rather than relying on one source alone. Paid remained the largest grouped bucket, while organic and landing-page traffic still held meaningful share.
The traffic data confirms continued website visibility. Updated GHL sources and outcomes are needed to measure how many visits became patient enquiries, bookings, and new patients.
Landing Page
The main landing page remained unchanged in July and continued supporting paid and campaign-led traffic capture.
The New Patient Offers page also remained in use as part of the offer-led acquisition path.
Wins
Even after the July dip, the year-to-date new patient total remained 19.2% ahead of the same point in 2025.
All 20 recorded inbound calls were answered, ensuring callers could reach the clinic during the month.
Google Ads generated 165 clicks and 20 call-extension calls in July, maintaining a visible paid-search presence throughout the month.
The New Patient Offer campaign generated 924 clicks at $0.34 CPC, giving the clinic a cost-efficient source of website traffic.
Next Steps
Make a measured increase to the Google Ads budget to support more new-patient enquiries. Traffic remained relatively stable, but we cannot yet confirm whether the lower new-patient total came from reduced demand, booking conversion, or source tracking.
Please update each new-patient opportunity as it progresses through enquiry, booking, attendance, treatment, or not proceeding. This will show which channels are bringing in patients and where opportunities are being lost.
With the pipeline updated, we can review June and July by source and outcome, then decide whether to increase investment further or focus on the booking and follow-up process.
